Chief Musician Jason Broadwater

CEO / Sound Engineer

Chief Musician Jason Broadwater hails from St. Clairsville, Ohio, and graduated from St. Clairsville High School in 1999. After graduation, he attended West Virginia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in visual and performing arts in 2004.

In 2004, Broadwater enlisted in the Navy and reported to the Navy School of Music in Little Creek, Virginia. Upon completion of Musician “A” School, he was assigned to Navy Band New Orleans where he performed on tuba. Shortly after reporting to Navy Band New Orleans, he volunteered to be the audio engineer for the rock ensemble, “Express.” He then reported back to the Navy School of Music to enroll in the Sound Reinforcement Course.

Broadwater auditioned and was selected for duty as Audio Engineer with the U.S. Naval Academy Band in 2007. He is the USNA Band’s Supply Manager and serves as enlisted conductor for the band’s Ceremonial Unit, plays tuba in marching band, and is the Audio Archive Manager, Motorcycle Safety Coordinator, and Impact Cardholder. Broadwater also the Midshipmen Enlisted Representative for the WRNV Radio Station. 

Broadwater’s awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), the Navy Good Conduct Medal (five awards), the Armed Forces Service Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal.

CEO / Sound Engineer

Jason Kidd is the Chief Executive Officer of Sinftle Media, providing strategic leadership while shaping the creative direction of the company’s film, audio, and photo booth services. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for storytelling, Jason oversees business development, client relationships, and long-term vision, ensuring Sinftle Media continues to grow with purpose and excellence. His leadership blends creativity with discipline, setting clear standards for quality, professionalism, and innovation across every project.

In addition to his role as CEO, Jason is also an accomplished Sound Engineer with a finely tuned ear for detail. He specializes in capturing and shaping clean, immersive audio for film productions and live environments, understanding that sound is often the unseen element that brings a story to life. From on-location recording to post-production mixing, Jason is hands-on, ensuring that every project delivers audio clarity and emotional impact that matches the visual experience.

Jason is known for his collaborative leadership style and technical expertise, bridging the gap between business operations and creative execution. He believes that great media is built where strong vision meets technical mastery, and he strives to create an environment where creativity thrives without sacrificing precision. Through Sinftle Media, Jason continues to build experiences that sound as powerful as they look.

Robert Lodge

Director of Photogrpahy / Cinematographer

Robert Lodge is a highly skilled and versatile Director of Photography and Cinematographer, renowned for his exceptional talent in visual storytelling. With a keen eye for detail, Robert has mastered the art of using lighting and camera movement to evoke powerful emotions that resonate with audiences. Born with a passion for the visual arts, Robert’s journey began as he delved into the world of cinematography and lighting, capturing moments that transcend the screen. His work reflects a deep understanding of the nuances of filmmaking, allowing viewers to connect with the narrative on a profound level.

Beyond his expertise behind the camera, Robert is a true multimedia virtuoso. Dream Weaver “Office Administrator”

Kara Tyler is the Office Administrator at Sinftle Media, affectionately known as the “Dream Weaver” for her ability to take countless moving pieces and bring them together into a seamless whole. She manages the operational backbone of the company’s film and photo booth services, overseeing scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and internal workflows to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Kara’s attention to detail and calm, organized approach allow creative visions to turn into well-executed realities.

Often the first point of contact for clients, Kara is recognized for her clear communication, professionalism, and genuine care for each project. Whether coordinating a complex film shoot or aligning the details of a high-energy photo booth event, she ensures nothing is overlooked. As the Dream Weaver at Sinftle Media, Kara takes pride in transforming ideas into organized plans—so every client experiences the magic without ever seeing the mechanics behind it.

Robert is the go-to Photo Booth Specialist at Sinftle Media, known for bringing energy, professionalism, and personality to every event he serves. As the main photo booth operator, he manages on-site setup, guest engagement, and smooth operation, ensuring every experience is both fun and flawless. Robert has a natural ability to connect with people, helping guests feel comfortable, confident, and excited in front of the camera.
